Last year we collected a number of suggestions for seasonal teas. Life being what it is, the best window for blending and listing them passed us by.
We’d added them to the tea ideas list, and I had mostly forgotten about them. There were specific requests, and new ideas sprouting up all the time.
Then we finally had a day that felt like fall, and it reminded me of that particular section of our list.
Cinn-Ful was one of the last made, and one of the hardest to get ‘just right.’
However, on the last test cup, Mister Tea looked up from smelling the tea, and said,”You can just about smell the frosting. This is the one.”
Cinnamon rolls are a guilty pleasure that appeals to so many, and there are those of us who really shouldn’t eat them. Cinn-ful gives you the cinnamon, a hint of the dough, and is backed up by the walnuts – bringing to mind the gooey nutty glory that is one of my Christmas morning memories.
Now for the basics:
Organic Ingredients: Ceylon Black Tea, Walnuts, Oatstraw, Cinnamon
Batch Size: 4.2 ounces (30-35 cups of tea)
Options: Loose Tea (Sample, Bag, Tin, *Latch-Tin), Teabags (Single, Sample, Bag)
As Cinnamon is a variable strength blood-thinner, if you are taking prescription blood-thinners, please check with your doctor before regularly drinking this tea.
* The latchtin is a separate listing on Etsy, and holds 2 batches, making 60-70 cups of tea.
