Billy the Kidd (Milk Chocolate Goat’s Milk Cocoa)

Labeled Tin of Billy the Kidd Cocoa with Aces and Eights Hand in Front of it.

We have loved our adventures in cocoa creation.  They are our most complicated set of products, to this point, but the ability to drink them more than makes up for that.

We began with cocoas made to be mixed into milk.  Eventually we realized that there are a lot of people who would prefer the convenience of just adding hot water to a powder and poof! cocoa.

This led to my realization that if we created cocoa powders involving milk I could finally have goat’s milk cocoa.  I have always preferred goat’s milk to that from a cow, but I don’t drink milk fast enough to have it on hand just for me.

We picked up some goat’s milk powder, and set to experimenting.  The process took a bit longer than we’d become accustomed to, and involved some hilarious events, but the end result made me very happy.

Mister Tea had reached for the wordplay and puns for the naming of this particular set of cocoas practically before we began the testing process.  He’s even chosen names for the eventual cow’s milk versions.

Either way, I present you our ‘Billy the Kidd’ – an instant milk chocolate goat’s milk cocoa.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
