‘Paris Lights’ was a coffee I think Mister Tea had been hoping I’d set my mind to the moment we decided to work with coffee.
It finally happened because I had a very frustrating cup of pseudo-vanilla coffee, and it made me want a REAL cup of vanilla coffee.
And thus the blending began. We started with an organic dark roast coffee, and added just enough vanilla powder (organic and fair trade) to give it a good flavour strength.
The name was chosen because the idea of vanilla coffee connected to France for both of us, and Paris was a place of importance for Mister Tea’s beloved grandmother, a lovely woman sorely missed by both of us.
