We’d known we wanted to make a chocolate mint coffee – in part because Mister Tea loves the combination of chocolate and mint so much – and in part because it just seemed like a thing that should exist.
A coffee with mint only was something that had been suggested, but that I was somewhat leery of.
However, with winter dodging of colds and flus, as well as the increase in congestion possibilities – I had a day where I wanted Mister Tea to have both the taste of coffee and the effects of mint.
So I jury-rigged a cup of mint coffee.
I continued to do so off and on for a couple weeks before I finally shook loose the time to settle down and blend the coffee.
It took several tries, as peppermint always surprises me with its ability to carry through and over other flavours.
When it came down to the naming, we remembered our ‘Wicked Cocoa‘ – and decided to attach this coffee to the same set of stories.
As with all our coffees, this can be purchased in both caffeinated and decaffeinated.
