A page in a rhodia top spiral bound dotgrid notebook. Written on the top left is Pen: Platinum Preppy 05 nib, Ink: Colorverse Mystic Mountain. On the right there is a doodle that might be a cloud, might be a sheep cuddled close with other sheep. Might be a caterpillar, next to a pile of eggs. Beneath the indications of pen and ink is written: Rushing the bridge was ultimately necessary, of course, but we figured we needed to complete a whole raft of side quests first. -from Kevin Hearne’s ‘A Question of Navigation’ A line is drawn underneath the writing and doodle, beneath the line is are smear tests and drip tests for the ink.
